It really is in red print on the auction and for good reason if you have a package sent out to you and even one number is wrong on the package UPS is going to charge you (a now $11.00 fee) to correct the address.
This feedback was from a person who gave the same address on both Paypal and eBay that was correct, only problem he moved to another state. We had no idea of the new address until after UPS tried to deliver the package. UPS then charged a transportation fee to get the package from VA to AL, not just a few doors down. I hate having to pay extra for shipping too but that is why when you get ready to check out on eBay and on Paypal they ask you to make sure your address is correct. Please take the time to really double check your order before paying.

On eBay if an item ships in a Flat Rate Box you are charged the shipping fee per auction won, so 2 sets of lug nuts charges $9.90. If you wait for an updated invoice to pay we see the overcharge and adjust the invoice before sending it your way.

Before you leave feedback on an item be sure to contact us if something is broken or parts are missing we are happy to make the situation right. Often times the shipping service has damaged an item so light bulbs are broken, handles have fallen out of a box or in this case the vent screens had holes punched in them.
If you have a damaged item please send us an email and include clear photos from all angles of the item and packaging. Be sure to SAVE the packaging and damaged item as the carrier may request these back. After review and confirmation that item was damaged as a result of carrier or manufacturer defect (not customer damage) we will get started on getting you another item sent out.

Due to a few customers not returning parts that were "damaged" we now require that damaged parts, if requested, be sent back and received before we can send out a replacement item. It is sad when a company stands behind it's product and will go the extra mile to make a customer happy only to have them turn out to be a scammer....

This package was shipped-out the next business day but we received our negatives due to the shipping time of the Postal Service. Sorry but Class A Customs is not part of the Postal Service, we have no control over how long a package takes in transit. We can only control how long it takes to get the item out of our doors. Due to the closing of Post Offices around the country services seem to be running slower, especially Parcel Post.
At checkout on all auctions there are several shipping services offered (unless limited by the carrier such as overseas packages) if you need your item in a set time please be sure to view the estimated delivery times by the carrier. Parcel Post will take longer than Priority Mail and if this is an issue remember time is money the carrier will charge extra for faster services.
After every item is shipped out customers receive an email with their tracking number and shipping date. If you haven't gotten an email check your junk folder and messages on eBay. Once again our goal is to have happy customers and offer the best services possible so if you are having a problem please email or call before leaving feedback on an item.
