Damaged Item Policy

Standard letter we send out to all customers who have a damaged item. If you have an item arrive damaged please be sure to let us know, we don't send items out damaged and you shouldn't have to keep them that way.

Thank you for your recent purchase from classAcustoms.com or classAcustoms eBay we apologize that your item(s) arrived damaged. With regret we can no longer send out replacement items immediately, due to previous incidents we have to instate a damages / return / exchange policy.

*Please send photographic evidence of the damage - include clear, large photos of item(s) and box.

*All packing material must be saved, carrier may request it for an investigation.

*Once it has been determined that damage was caused by manufacturing error or shipping damage, not customer damage, a replacement or replacement part will be issued.

*A return label will be emailed to you for the original, damaged item(s) to be returned to Class A Customs.

*After item(s) has been received a replacement item will be shipped out.
