We currently offer 12, 20, 25 and 30 AMP converters.
The reason we have a no return policy is because these items are new and if someone used them we could no longer sell them as new, plus we have no way of testing these to see if a customer fried it while trying to install.
These are NEW not returns or seconds, we get a good price due to ordering large amounts at a time.
The installation instructions are below but have a certified technician install all parts you are not able to do so yourself to prevent product damage and personal injury.
