FedEx Express experienced substantial disruptions at our Memphis hub last night due to severe weather from Hurricane Beryl that created hazardous operating conditions. The safety of our team members remains our number one priority.

Delays are possible for package deliveries across the U.S. with a delivery commitment of Tuesday, July 9. Contingency plans are in place, and we are prepared to provide the best possible service as conditions allow.

For specific shipment status information, please track your shipment at fedex.com. Residential recipients can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed of their shipment’s progress.

Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for a refund or credit under the Money-Back Guarantee policy.

 

Hurricane Beryl

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as providing our customers with the highest level of service possible. Sometimes a buyer is trying to make a purchase in a hurry an overlooks address information.

  • If you do not get USPS Mail at an address do not purchase an item with a U.S. Postal Service (Mail) shipping method or FedEx Smartpost as the U.S. Postal Service (Mail) will deliver the package.
  • If you have multiple ship-to addresses be sure to select the correct one, on vacation put a temporary ship to address in.
  • If you are on vacation check with staff to see if you receive U.S. Postal Service (Mail), UPS or FedEx and check if you need Site Information on the package. Many campgrounds hold the package at the front office so be sure to check on delivery options.
