Rough Cut-out Opening Dimensions (this is the hole you will need in your unit): 9 1/4" x 9 1/4" x 1/2" deep (how far screen section sticks down in roof)
Exterior Mounting Flange Dimensions (sits on the top of your unit): 11 1/2" wide x 11 1/2" wide
Rough Overall Dimensions: 1 1/4" Tall (how far vent would stick up over roof when closed) x Manual T Handle Style Crank will stick down Overall 3" from inside of roof
Standard OEM Inside Garnish Shroud Included: 1/2" wide x 9 1/2" wide - 1" tall vertical leg (how far it sticks in roof) / 1 " lip (trim you will see on inside of roof)
Mounting Hardware NOT provided, you will need to provide screws and caulk/putty.
